Help..I want to take it out!!

I got a 4" powder blue tang aweek ago, and now he is chasing my salfin tang all day long. I tried few times to take him out of my tank but no luck! Anyone has any good idea of how to catch the fish?

well what size is the tank. The easiet way in larger tanks is to drain the water out. Catch him then refill. just an idea

O..ok... I only have a 90G

You could try a fish trap or bait a large net, have patience you will catch it. I would prefer the trap as tangs get caught on nets.

You should be able to catch him by turning the lights on late night after they have been off for a while. Tangs sort of sleep walk or swim. I have captured a few tangs this way. One or two i herded out of the rockwork with my hands. Rather then waste time getting the net i scooped him up with my hands. You will see that they almost seem to be blind. Good luck, Mike
