Help ID Algae, Hair Algae?

Please help ID

This stuff is taking over my tank, and both my algae blenny and long-spine urchin won't touch it. What will eat this stuff or whats the easiest way of getting rid of it.

looks like a type of hair algae to me. what are your params?
