Help ID and treatment please!

I just can't seem to get rid of this. What is it and how do I get rid of it??? I manually remove and it just comes back.
Have only used Rodi water.

Run gfo. Feed less. 3 day Blackout with shorter light period.

Yeah, hair algae. Get it under control asap. Good idea if you have not done so yet would be to buy a starter of Chaetomorpho and place it in your sump. Hair algae is usually the byproduct of Phosphate and Nitrate. Chaeto will help and out compete other nuisance algae in sucking up excess levels. Watch your feeding regiment with coral and fish.
