Help ID parasite on Angel

Protruding white spot.

Fish has been in chloriquine (cp) 40mg/gal for 3 weeks and 2 dosis of prazi, last prazi doce was double recommended in bottle.

Also fresh water dipped it for 4minutes.

Is eating well and fat. But I'm afraid that thing will end up killing it. Been thinking on starting with metro or formalin dips. But decided is time to ask in the forum if any one has seen this. Advise please.

I haven't seen that but I would try the conc dip of paragaurd first . If it's a flatworm / roundworm then I would go the route of mebendazole https://www.thomaslabs.com/product/fish-bendazole/fish-wormers. Last I would use formalin dip
