Any ideas what is on my Angel?

Angel is in QT. Pics are tough but will keep trying to get something better. He's afraid of my DSLR so I'm trying to zoom in from pretty far away...

It is a mass on the right side of his mouth. Still eating but the mass doesn't move with his mouth. Almost looks like it has a protrusion like a vermatid snails calcium tube... Dark in color but sometimes skin color.

Fish is in 40mg/gal of CP. Did not do prazi yet. Could it be some kind of fluke or isopod?

Hard to tell . When I lost my potter angel , it looked as if something stuck out of Eye . By next day the swollen eye popped and fish expired soon after.

I would either freshwater dip or formalin dip the angel and see what is left behind. You could add prazipro to the tank but with the CP in the water it will cause a bacterial bloom to occur

Yeah, I'd prefer to avoid mixing prazi and CP. Was planning on prepping a FW dip today but will do it tomorrow night instead. Ran out of time. I do have formalin, it's probably approaching 8 months old though and won't be able to get a fresh supply by tomorrow. Makes me nervous when it gets that old.

Pic is hard to tell does the bump look fuzzy? Although rare in sw fungus of the mouth is possible. Also could this be an injury fro picking at rock?

Nah, doesn't seem to be fuzzy. The mass fell off for the most part and I have just a week left until CP is finished. I'll treat in Prazi afterwards. I really do want to get this guy through QT as quick as possible. I know they don't do the best in QT...
