Was in the LFS a week or two ago and they had this spectacularly bright yellow-orange paly. Looked so nice I wished my tank was up and running to throw it in.

1) Anyone have a clue what i'm talking about? Looked like paly's but much longer "tenticles" extending out.

2) Anyone know the name/price of these or possibles so I can look them up.

A pic sure would help!

Sounds like a dendro. Clumps of particularly brightly colored ones aren't cheap.

Sun coral maybe?

$40/head.

I gotta head to the store tommorow so hopefully they have them.

I don't know if they are sun corals, they had more head and less body then most examples I've seen.

Either way I need to get them.

Sounds like a dendro to me, aspecially due to the $40 a head. If they are open during the day, and a little larger than the sun coral polyps, they are most likely dendros
