Help ID please

As far as an ID goes it could be any of these know species...
Z. alderi · Z. barnardi · Z. cavernarum · Z. chierchiae · Z. confertus · Z. coppingeri · Z. cyanoides · Z. erythrochlora · Z. kealakekuaensis · Z. mantoni · Z. natalensis · Z. nitidus · Z. nymphaeus · Z. pacificus · Z. perii · Z. pigmentatus · Z. praelongus · Z. pulchellus · Z. robustus · Z. sansibaricus · Z. sinensis · Z. sociatus · Z. solanderi · Z. stuhlmanni · Z. sulcatus · Z. vestitus · Z. vietnamensis · Z. xishaensis · Z. zansibaricus

it is a similar morph to a PHE. they have the same ring as the hornets kinda but not the alternating skirts

as far as the mass list of scientific names copied and pasted above, that would be helpful if it was accompanied with any educated experiece as to which of them it may actually be.

here is a pic of what are commonly referred to as PHE's. Might be the same if you gave them a bunch more light. Hard to say, similar for sure

It could be any of the species listed above in my copy and pasted list of known species... I do not have the technology to give the op a DNA test to prove which species it is taxonomically speaking. Since that is really the only true way to distinguish between certain Zoanthus species. With the exception of Z. Gigantus, which is easily distinguishable.... Hence why it was not listed above.
If I had to make a guess to narrow the list down I would say Z. pacificus, Z. sociatus, Z. vietnamensis, or Z. sansibaricus. As these are some of the most commonly collected Zoanthus...
