Good or Bad? I know its some type of worm just not sure what it is?
Found it slithering into a hole and when i removes it it shrunk up and looked like this.

If it is good I will put him back. Just didn't want it to be a fireworm or enucid worm and left to thrive.

It's looks more like a Cirratulid or Terebellid worm to me, both of which are harmless.

Yeah I thought spaghetti worm as well just wanted a second opinion.
I have placed it back in the tank
