Very fast to encrust and then grow multiple branches.
Grew from this less than an inch frag

to this in close to 18 months

this is my acro efflo, yours reminds me and looks like a monster version of this, but im not sure your branches are alot longer and a bit narrower

Been on the look for an Efflo for years and I so wish it was one.
As you say the branches are much higher and very narrow compared to an efflo.
Checed out the Nasuta pics and it also looks different.
Any more suggestions?
