Help ID this anemone

maybe some kind of tube worm? how would i propagate this?
 
As usual, an ID works best if we can see the base. The one I have has a rounded, slightly pointed bottom end and uses that end to burrow into the sand. Condylactis, unless I am mistaken, usually have a flat "foot" at the bottom end and can use it to stick to rocks or glass.

You are correct. Tube worms don't have pedal disks. Anemones do.
