Help ID what's on my snail.

Picked up this snail at LFS, any idea what is growing on him and if it's good or bad?

Looks like barnacles. Harmless

Based on the 'mouth' in the middle, I'd agree that it's probably a barnacle. I'm just not sure because the overall shape doesn't look at all like the barnacles we get here in the Gulf of Mexico or the Florida Keys. I've never seen one that looks quite like that.
