Please help ID. Dark blue with bright green polyps. Super dense, really hard to break off.

Interesting, where did you get it? Very cool looking.

Montipora or Seriatopora species would be my guess, with leaning towards Monti.

That’s where I was leaning too, except the OP stated it was hard to break off. All the M. Digi I’ve had over the years was really easy to frag.

I don’t think difficult to break excludes it from digi but yeah everyone I’ve ever had was rather fragile.

You might be right there. I’m not a monti fan, even though I was the one who started spreading M. Hodgsoni,back in the day, so I’d defer to others.

It’s a Tubs stellata. The branching doesn’t quite match to a stellata but that’s how it’s sold. Just saw one in person.
