I have these weird things in the sand bed i dont know what they are but there is quite alot of them. ID get a pic but they are so small and fine i doubt you would see them.. Anyways, in the sand it looks like hair and its a little cluster of it. but anyways i took my trusty stick and swirlled it around the center of it and picked it up, it was kinda like a worm body with long tenticles or something. Are these things harmful, is there anything that eats em?

Spaghetti worm?

i second that. it's a type of polychaete worm. spaghetti/hair. not harmful and many would say beneficial. my wrasse just ate one when i moved a piece of rock and the worm came off. they're not a big deal and you can leave them alone. just another sand critter...
