Help Identify Sick Condition Or Illness Please

This tomini tang is showing signs of some issue on his skin - blotches or lesions more likely I suspect but am not certain.

He faired well during a hypo treatment in the display where this was taken tonight. Today is just over 6 weeks.

Salinity tested and kept rock steady at between 1.009 and 1.008 (refractometer). Parameters all good (ammonia and nitrite measure 0 with API...Seachem ammonia alert badge also looks good).

Started Melafix 2 days ago. Not sure I see any improvement, but maybe too soon.

He's swimming around and has a good appetite.

Any ideas?

I din't think Mela-Fix does much of anything. The tang appears to have HLLE. This condition will almost improve with good diet, vitamins, pristine water, and time. There's a lot of debate on the cause; I doubt anyone knows for sure. It isn't contagious.
