Can you help identify from this pic?

I've been dosing cupramine and did two treatments of PrazyPro thanks to an infected fish from LFS (not sure what it was but it was fact acting, killed some fish within 24 hours, thinking it was velvet). Anyway, everyone looks great but he still has this, anything to worry about? Is it flukes, ich?

He has been like this for days but hasn't spread...and is acting fine and eating fine.

It might just be Lymphocystis. As long as you feed the fish a varied diet and maintain good water quality it should just go away on it's own given time.

Ok great. They're all fed a good, mixed diet with garlic extract in their food.

So no flukes right? You think?

He is a beauty. Hopefully as previous user said its nothing to worry about. I just want to ensure its not flukes...
