Help Identify

Greetings Everyone,

I went out if town for two weeks and had my wife caring for the tank. When I returned home I had a new addition I have no clue where it came from. The only thing I have added to the tank was a small clean up crew refreshment about a month ago.

It's wedged into a crevice of a rock. I did the best I can to get a clear photo but its not that great still.

What do you think it is?

Looks similar to sprouts of Scinaia complanata (or just Scinaia genus, its hard to identify to species level). See Can anyone identify this, or is cultivating it?
