Ive tried to catch it three times and every time it disappears into the sand bed. I wait about an hour and it will come back up in about the same spot. I thought I had it this time as I moved the sand very slowly but it keep getting smaller and smaller and then gone.

In the first good pic i see a starfish on the bottem right hand side of that live rock.

not sure if it is good or bad

Why catch it? or do u mean with the camera?
I would leave it be until you know or can get a better picture.

I would bet the farm its a anemone!" If i had a farm."

And I don't know of a single one that will lay flat on the sand that would be a problem.

Well t everyone that said it was an Anemone, I thick you get a cookie. Ive been doing so reasherch on this UFO in my tank and I beleive its some kind of Sea Anemone but witch one is still unknow as of yet I did hoever find some pics that look close. But mine is about the size of a dime and it has no color as of yet. Maybe a little pink or red. Heres the pic I found.
