Can anyone give me some info on this protein skimmer. It came with some other equipment i bought and am not sure if its going to be good enough for my setup. Also i have a a 6 foot T5 lighting system with 4 bulbs all on a single reflector. My tank is around 21-22" deep. Can anyone give me an idea of what what kind of corals i can keep. I'm looking to just keep softies so i'm hoping its good enough for that. Thanks a lot!

Looks DIY. However it looks like a REALLY good DIY... That skimmer looks like it might be able to compete with higher end skimmers with a nice pump!

that is what i was thinking but the outlet pipe looks to be to high, otherwise water level in the skimmer would be to high
Thanks for the comments. This is my first skimmer so sorry for some easy questions. Is the outlet pipe the part with the filter bag over it? Also it has an integrated pump built into the bottom. Thr footprint is also kind of large at 12x9. Is there any easy way to test the effectivness of the pump or skimmer?
