gogo7 pico reefer Jun 24, 2017 #5 not all asterinas are coral munchers... that one looks harmless... they do graze algae. i wouldn't worry .

AlSimmons New member Jun 25, 2017 #6 I'd remove the starfish as well. Until somebody can distinguish the good Asterina starfish from the bad ones without a doubt, I'll continue to treat them all as bad. :thumbdown

When I finally started learning about how some of them are bad, I ended up taking over 300 out of our 75 gallon tank. I started with 7 two years earlier.
