Found this worm while busting a rock. It looks like a earth worm

Hard to tell from the pic, but looks like a peanut worm aka Sipunculid.

It looks like a type of annelida. It's very hard to see the detail in the picture. My vote goes to a peanut worm, too, but it could be a spaghetti worm (terebelid polychaete) or a hair worm (cirratulid polychaete) with its feeding tentacles pulled in. All of these are desirable detrivores to have in our tanks.
