Help ID'ing this nem

Agreed with elegance. I wouldn't get another anemone until you have the proper light set up, and make sure your params are stable enough to sustain one. Might want to research BTA's to make sure you know what you're getting into before spending the money on it also. Good luck.

Yes..I discarded the very few pieces that were left..which may have been a mistake, but there was literly nothing left...it was a small BTA...

My params are good...and my tank is stable...I have a WavePoint 48" t5 HO fixture with 2 12K and 2 atintic bulbs that runs about 8 hrs a day..so I don't think lighting is an issue...

Where do you get covers for the powerheads..I have three koralias in there..and the nano got it...

Thanks Pimps!

I'm going to get some of that from Lowes/HD this week....long before I get another nem....hopefully i'll be better prepared next time...

Thanks man...I was really starting to get excited about the nem...b/c it was recovering from a tough time when I had only one bulb..and now I've got a really nice lighting system...and disaster struck...

but hey, on the flipside...at least I have a decent setup and my tank is cycled a few times...so in a few months once my Tomato heals, I'll see if I can get another one...

Anyone have any suggestions besides a BTA??

damng.. this thread is a rollercoaster of emotions with a steep downhill ending.. it was doing soooo darn well then it got sucked up into the intake of the pump.. omg

yup...and now I'm doing some research on my next attempt at keeping a nem...

any thoughts on the Heteractis Magnifica ??

I have a 55 gallon tank w/plenty of flow and 4 54w t5 HO bulbs...would that be a large enough set up?
