Help in set-up Linksys wga54ag

I'm having problem set-up the Linksys to my son ACIII.

Spending 2 dyas and still no connection. When I hardwired the laptop to the linksys it ping. But when I try w/o the ethernet cable it would not ping. This is what I have set-up for the router, linksys, acIII and laptop.

Router

Linksys

Change your settings since there no longer private

Those are private IP addresses, also used by millions of other people. Thi7b revealed nothing of importance from a security or privacy perspective.
