Help!! Is my torch coral dying?

I think something is wrong with my torch coral. I have attached a picture of it. You can see that one of the heads is totally gone and another is almost gone. The rest are not extended much at all. A couple of weeks ago the pH was about 7.8-7.9. Since then it is up a little closer to 8.2. Ca sits around 340, dKh around 8, Mg around 1050-1100. Ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate all 0. Temp 78-80. All of these parameters have been in this range for many months. Water changes have been once each month to 6 weeks for most of the last year. Water for this system comes from an RO/DI system. Only in the last 3 weeks or so has the torch coral started not looking good. Given this info and the attached picture, can you tell what might be wrong? Let me know what you think.

Have you done any water changes lately? I had something similir happen, but it went away after a big water change. Unfortunately, I did not check my parameters before, but it did work and all was well afterwards.

i have had a few torch go south on me in the past ,,,after much research i found that they can be touchy when it comes to SG. try having your SG checked via refractometer
