Help Maxspect Razor problems

My 4 Year old 27" 10k unit is having issues with the LED blue channel. When set to 100 percent the channel only seems to run at 20 percent. Can this be caused by a bad power supply or controller board? Anyone had simular issues?
 
Maxspect had a issue with drivers at one time. My Razor melted the plastic piece that was covering the driver. I contacted them and they took care of it with no issues. It was still under warranty at the time. You might want to reach out to them, Coralvue I believe is the manufacture and they have good service, technical support, and replacement parts.

Not sure if its the driver board I replaced it 2 years ago. Coralvue only wants people to send the fixtures back for $$$ repair I had to guess the driver board was bad last time.
