Help me choose a camera.

I want something that will capture the true colors. I originally wanted a DSLR but I've used one of my friends and it produced a headache more than beautiful shot. lol. Plus I don't want to spend thousands on extra lenses.

I'm somewhat leaning more towards the #2. just because of the price tag and HD movies. But then again I will taking pictures with it not movies.

What do you think?

Pictures of family and your tank? Both will do that fine.

I'd choose #2. CMAS member and good friend Jeff (his RC name too) owns one. I hear good things about the new Canon G11, but I think its more expensive around $500.
