Help me choose

Should I got with VHO or T5. I know t5 are a smaller, less heat producing bulb, and the par per watt is better.
What I would like to keep are mainly zoa's, mushrooms, LPS. Not too big of a fan of the SPS
If I got VHO How many bulbs should I use, and then if I go T5 how many bulbs should I use?

4 T5 bulbs would be right fine for your tank. And is what I'd do IMHO. Take a look at www.reefgeek.com or www.aquariumspecialty.com they both carry good products, both owner operators are very good at helping out. Call either, they'll head you in the right direction

What bulbs would I us for the 4x54w.
Im thinking of this combo:
Front
Aqua Blue+ (Geisemann)
Actinic+ (Geisemann)
AquaSun (URI)
Actinic+ (Geisemann)
Back
I was just wondering if this combo would work out well and if it would make the colors pop out a little more.
