The clown appears to have multiple problems, one of which is being exceptionally thin and malnourished. Has the fish been eating? Are they wild caught or aquacultured?

At this point, the condition of the clown does not look hopeful. For treatment, I would suggest a formalin dip followed by antibiotics in a quarantine tank. However, the poor clownfish apears to be in bad enough shape that it might not tolerate treatment :(

I agree, Formalin would be your best immediate bet - I would be surprised if the fish survived the dip though-

Was it this thin a month ago? Has it been eating? If eating - buy some fresh fish roe from a seafood house and feed as often as you can. - In QT though.
