Help me id this bug

Here it is, doesn't look like flatworm yet non of them bother the sps thus far, not sure what it is.

Magnified by 10x under the microscope.

I'd guess some type of pod, Anthony. Probably wouldn't bother your corals. However, the flattened body makes me wonder if these are the pods that latch on to fish.

Eyes on the side = good. Eyes on top = bad.

Any medium sized pictures? Not use to looking at bugs that are 10x'd. Although those are some very impressive photos. Where did you get the equipment?

Thanks Karl, they're normally hang around the sand bed and the corner of the aquarium. I haven't used to see them in my tank and their population have increased quite a bit that cause some concerns when everything is doing well.

Xia, the top pic would be the best pic that I can take with my digital camera.

Those magnified one are captured through fancy microscopes that I have access to at work .

Seeing the one eye and general body structure, I'd guess some type of copepod. I'll bring these pics to my plankton expert at work and get him to ID them a bit better then me

I had a bunch of those in my tank for a while. I also belive that they are a type of copepod. I added a sixline wrasse to my tank and he ate all of them.
