I'd guess some type of pod, Anthony. Probably wouldn't bother your corals. However, the flattened body makes me wonder if these are the pods that latch on to fish.
Thanks Karl, they're normally hang around the sand bed and the corner of the aquarium. I haven't used to see them in my tank and their population have increased quite a bit that cause some concerns when everything is doing well.

Those magnified one are captured through fancy microscopes that I have access to at work .
Seeing the one eye and general body structure, I'd guess some type of copepod. I'll bring these pics to my plankton expert at work and get him to ID them a bit better then me
I had a bunch of those in my tank for a while. I also belive that they are a type of copepod. I added a sixline wrasse to my tank and he ate all of them.
