Help me ID this critter?

Just brought in some Tonga rock last week, and after curing and placing in my tank, found this guy roaming around. Is it a baby urchin? Hairy snail? It seems to only be covering the coralline areas, which leads me to suspect an urchin, but I'm curious as heck to know what I'm dealing with here.

It's kinda hard to tell from the picture. Looks like a sea hare or something simliar to me though. It doesn't look like it has spines, some of them split and they look soft. Can you get other pictures?

Sorry, that's the best I could do for the moment. He was far away from the camera, and I didn't want to pull him out, until I knew what I was dealing with. My luck has it, the guy would be a cone snail with a wig.

I'll try to get a better shot when he comes out again, or grab him with (insert safe reefing tool here) next time.

Could be a snail with some hair on it, who knows.
