No idea. To the left of the stripe it almost looks like a fluke, but on the right? Have you done a FW dip to see if it or anything comes off?

He's currently in hypo, but the only thing I have done so far is a daily formalin dip for 45 minutes. The QT they are in is not constantly being treated, only once daily when they are removed. We're on day 7 of hypo, and the only notable change is all of the fish are more playful.
There are also two dart fish in the same tank which are being treated, but for ich. They were very shy at first but now they won't even go in the pipe in the QT. I definitely think this is an improvement. Everyone is still eating fine, and aspiration is normal.
