So I changed my vho bulbs last night and today when I got home from work they were off. I put the old bulbs back in and they didn't work either. What is the direction I should go to figure out whats wrong? I changed the fuse in the ice cap 660 that didnt work. I looked at all the connections and they seemed to be snug and intact. how can I check to see if this ballast went bad? Also if I take the bulbs out and plug the ballast in and take a multi meter and check each end cap would it tell me if they were getting power?
