This guy's been showing up almost every day for the last few weeks. He's quite a distance away and on top of an electrical tower. He perches here every morning and evening. We have quite a few red tails around here and also a couple varities of eagles. He doesn't look like the redtails, as the ones around here usually have brown breasts. Been looking but haven't been able to find a bird that looks like this.
