help me please osmoslator 3155

hi there tunze, im talking from Portugal and i need your help, i have several produts from you and never had problems with them... pumps etc



but now i have na osmolator 3155 and this happens:



i turn on the osmolator, and the pump starts for about 10 seconds , in the cotroller says pump one, then the pump stops and the green led stays on....



the problema is: if i add more water and the second sensor detects its beeps, all ok here, but the optical sensor i don't understand....



i have two buckets one with water and the pump, and the other with the sensors just for try before i put in the aquarium...



when i remove water from one buck that has the sensors, and the opital sensor stay dry with no contact to the water, nothing happens!! the green light stays on the same and the pump wont turn on....



the sensor is clean i already put it in vinegar....



im trying in freshwater not saltwater, maybe tats the problem ? or i have to wait some days to break in or something please answer me i love your products but i cant put this one to funcion

new update, i put the osmolator on the aquarium, and i turn it on, the yelow light comes on and pump starts about 10 seconds and then stops....

when this is happening the green light is blinking a little bit, then stays green when pump stops.....

if the optic sensor is middle in the water this happens, but if the optic sensor is just a little in the water or nothing the yellow light and green when i turn on the unit, stays both on ( yellow and green )

in both cases when pump stumps and the green led is lighet up, i take off the optic sensor off the water and nothing happens.... i don't understand.... when i take off the optic sensor off the water is not suposso the pump starts running ?

and when it detects low level in aquarium, only yellow light work? or low level too ? or low level only work if the deposit runs dry and pumps works for 10 min then the yellow light stays on ?

anybody help me please ?

ok new update, now i connect the osmolator to the power and if the optical sensor is out of the water, green led on, yellow led on and pump on for 10 seconds, after this green led stays always on, optic sensor in water or out no thing happens....

if i connect the osmolator with the optical sensor fully submerged yellow led on, pump on for 10 seconds, and green led out, flicks sometimes, after 10seconds or maybe a little more 15 seconds green led stays on, pump off, i remove the optic sensor from water and put it again nothings happes......

it seems the optical sensor detects some kind of water but do not refill with pump...

i open the controller and the 4 wires from the optic sensor i resoldered again, from left to right seeing by the front off the controller here are the coulours:

black, brown, red, orange, all solder joints seems to be ok, nothing burn too, afeter resolder this, same thing happens....

if i test on saltwater in aquarium this happens what i said above, but if i test the optical sensor in freshwater in a small container, if i move the optic sensor in or out of the water, led always stays green no matter what i do.......

i know a bit of electronics and i dont understand why this happens, somebody know some component that i have to replace ? i also check electrolic capacitors and the ESR of both are low, so it seems to be both ok.

the unit inside has a stiker saying that march 2011, so guarantee 2 years it already pass by two months

Sorry, it looks like my reply was not posted successfully. The optic sensor is dead, I would contact the factory for a replacement (Tunze Germany), they will likely do it free.

oh i alrady contact them they say to send the osmolator back..... im trying to get the optical sensor from them...
