I can't make up my mind between the 3 which to put on my new 75 gal. All have good reveiws. Knowing what kind of knowledge and experience is out there I look to the board for help.

1. Aqua euro recirulating 135
2. Aquamedic turboflotor t1000
3. Asm g2

Also any other suggestions are welcome.... I am trying to stay around $300

Is 75 the total water volume? I assume you have a sump as well? In sump model? Any plans or thoughts about upgrading anytime soon?

Honestly, none of those in my opinion. Many are somewhat older technology, especially the ASM models. They are absolutely blown away by anything made in the last few years since they have never updated their technology. They weren't bad when released, but it's kind of like buying PC bulbs today knowing that although they work, they're way oldschool technology and obsolete.

I would recommend a MSX (Marine Solutions), however it appears a good number of their skimmers are no longer listed. However, they basically are one of the sellers of customized SWC skimers.

I'd go for one of these:
SWC Xtreme 120 Cone Protein Skimmer

Vertex skimmers seem to be getting great reviews as well:
Gen II Vertex Internal Pinwheel Skimmer 100
