Help me!!!

I bought a yellow wrasse two days ago and he was really happy, active, and healthy. I aclimated him for 30min and did a 20 min Metro+ dip just for precaution because I do not have the money for a Q tank.

Anyway, everynight he goes under the sand and comes back out around 2:30 the next day. Today though, he came out with a kinda raised bump on his snoot andsmall red blotches under his eyes. Im thinking bacterial infection??? Or it almost looks like he hit his face into something, like maybe he tried to jump out and whacked my eggcrate cover????

So i tried feeding him mysis like usual but sokaed it in Vitachem and more Metro+ and he is still eating like a pig and swimming around but his face doesnt look to hot.

What should I do???? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

Nothing can really compare to a true QT. I'm never very good with diseases, but it does sound bacterial to me. I would start researching and diagnose the issue and then you are probably going to have to get him out of there. You can buy a 10G tank for like $15 and then just fill it up with your tank water like your doing a WC.
