Help Me!!!

I have a 180g tank not drilled and two overflows. I dont have a stand, canopy, or anything else... I want to start getting the tank running but dont know the basic things i will need to get it started with a few fish.... I need i list of basic things i will need to start the tank... If you have any of the thing i will need for sale please let me know what and how much your asking... thanks alot...

A solid stand would be a good start.

Ya do not get a cheapo stand to get it set up quick. Make sure you put it in a spot you wont regret with outlet access and get a stand that can accomadate a sump and possibly other equiptment. Patience is a huge thing in this hobby and the sooner you realise that...the sooner you will have a gorgeous tank.

And you do not need a canopy or filter for a modern marine tank.

You might want to go to the ORCA club in the Reef Club Forums. This will give you access to people in your proximity and if you are looking to purchase some of the larger items like a stand for your tank, you can see if any are available near you. You can also find information about joining the club in your area where you can meet others interested in the hobby.

when you buy the tank stand keep in mind for a future sump.

Many stands have a center post which prevents large sumps fitting underneath
