help, mushroom coral.

I've had 5 heads of mushroom coral for about two months and then I noticed I had 6. I just got some hammer coral and some candy cane coral about a week ago and it seems that my mushroom coral isn't looking so good now, a few of the heads shrivel up at random. I am knew to this, any advice will be appreciated.

How close are these corals? Candy Cane and Hammer are LPS which typically have long sweeper tentacles that are for warfare mostly.

They were about 3 inches apart, the mushroom coral fell off the rock today twice so I moved it to the back and I don't know if the shrimp knocked it off or if it just didn't want to be there anymore and unstuck itself?

3 inches might be a tad close depending on size of other corals. the sweeper tentacles can extend quite a bit.
