Help! My clown is injured :[

I noticed today my percula clownfish's pelvic fins were missing. Idk what happened but I was thinking it couldve been he got too close to the powerheads. Will they grow back?

Any other fish in the tank that could've fought with it? You might get some Dr. G's medicated food. It's helped when my coral beauty tried to bully my watchman goby & got a chunck of his tail bitten off. & this food's safe with corals & inverts too. The fins may repair; but I guess it depends on how much is gone.

How new is the tank? Any new live rock? Unknown hitchhiker crab or shrimp?

Its a 60 gallon cube, about 6 months old. No new live rock, I have a cleaner shrimp and 2 emerald crabs. A blue chromis, helfrichi firefish, another clown about half its size, and a cardinal. Im assuming it was the powerhead because hes always around them because thats where the extra food floats around at when I feed them. I also just covered the powerhead. About the the clowns fins. He has absolutely no pelvic fins now. Just two little stubs. So no chance on growing back? :[
