HELP My tank was shut off!

Terribly sorry. The question is what condition your water is in. You may have an ammonia spike; you may have other issues.
Run tests for nitrate, nitrite, and ammonia, salinity, temperature, and report those readings. Also helpful to know the age of the tank, its size (one assumes very large, given the livestock lost) and what you think happened. Power failure? How long? a few hours, two weeks, etc?

My 90 went for 16 days with no power from hurricane jeanne. I had only 3 fish in it the rest was zoo's leather, shrooms two fish died some corals also, dumped cooler water in it to cool it down. Not recommended. You might have a little cycle small water change and wait a while to restock. Good luck
