I took out my Nano Wavebox 6206, gave it vinegar bath, impeller and inside are clean, before install my new tank. The pump turned on for couples times and not working while controller still blinking, No photocell attached to controller (misplaced it somewhere). Unplugged and turn on back nothing happen except the controller. Wait couple hours, it turned on for couple time and stop working. Pump is cool to touch. any advice? thanks.

Try it with no controller to see if the pump works, it will run continuously but this will give us an indication of where the issue is, controller or pump.

thanks Roger,
The pump is worked without controller.
The master cable doesn't work, even no sign of loose/tear. The Slave does but no like master.
Can I get away for with slave cable or new controller????

Either will work, if you only have the one box you can just use the slave cable, you could also upgrade to the current 7092 controller. You could also send it in and I could replace the master cable as long as the damage is at the cable and not the circuit board. The cable has 5 very fine wires, 3 are used, if the cable gets pinched hard or pulled one of the wires can break.

Thanks you Roger.
I borrowed my friend 7092 to test. The pump ran on new controller for like 1-2 minutes and stop. I don't know what wrong with it? I had the same problem with my old controller that come with the wave box. the box and pump are both very clean.

The issue is likely the pump is failing, the spare pumps are still available, I would be happy to go over it if you sent it in, just to confirm their is no other solution, or I would be able to get you the spare pump, it is part 6206.200.
