Help needed! Leaking plumping!

Finally got my system running and notice my tee connector leaking with is conected to two 3/4 insert adapters then into 3/4 tubing... Tried to stop the small leak but its already tightened firmly and it still is leaking, any other suggestion to help?

This is what I did when my 240 gallons had a small leak...Take 5 gallons (if this is the 50 gallon tank, otherwise more) or so out of the tank until you stop the overflow. Then drain the water in the piping into another container, (you can even drain it through your leak if you are not in a hurry). Then just make a new tee fitting that is just like your old one and after testing it out, glue it into place. It is time consuming but will fix it permanantly. GOOD LUCK
