HELP needed with marine whit spots (ich)

hello for

i got marine ich (white spots) on my 250g marine fish only tank.

in the past 3 month's i am using seachem cupramine in order to cure my fish.

i have a problem with big emperor angelfish, and some tangs (maybe 4 fish only) my tank have maybe 30 fish in it.

ich is always back on thous fish, all the others is ok, on a few fish i see one or three spots from time to time and i don't know what to do anymore!

recently i doped the salinity to 1010 but still i have the same problem.

i am using copper for 90 days or so in the last month i go even up to 0.8 levels (i have salifert test kit and api )

help is needed

maybe using another copper or medicine?

Hypo is effective at 1.008

And be sure you are measuring it with a properly calibrated refractometer.

Hypo is effective at 1.008

Hypo worked for me perfectly fine at 1.010 kg/l. Anything below 1.011 should work.

If it isn't showing any effect at that level there are the following options:

1. it isn't ich
2. the refractometer isn't calibrated properly and your salinity is still too high (above 1.011 kg/l). For hypo you need to calibrate at 1.000 with distilled or RO water.
3. you got a hyposaline ich strain.
