Hello all. I purchased 4 new trumpet corals from liveaquaria and received them 3 days ago. I did not dip them, and performed a slow acclimation process. They have not opened up yet and do not look particularly healthy to me. I am looking for some advise as to how to help them along.
Tank info:
140 gal (w/skimmer, calcium reactor, 18 mag return pump, phos reactor, sump and fuge)
2 24" ACAN LED lighting systems
Water:
Sal=1.26
Alk = 10.5dKH
PH = 8.2
Calc= 480
Temp 80F
0 ppm , ammonia, nitrates, nitrite and phos
I have placed the corals about mid-way in the tank. My tank is now 4 months old.
