No 2 spot gobies, they nearly always starve. No damsels in that small of a tank. A pair of clowns in much more interesting than one in my opinion. I would do a pair of captive bred ocellaris clowns, a shrimp goby/pistol pair and a flasher wrasse. Plus maybe a green banded goby or similar and a bangaii cardinal or similar. Good luck.
