Help picking up lighting for 10g aquarium

I was wondering what lights i could use in a 10g to keep lsp, zoas and mushrooms and since im in a budget of 60$ since im starting collage this following week.

chinese leds on ebay are not expensive. they'll be ok for lps and soft corals.

Can you tell me something a bit more specific like what type or something i really have little knowledge on this jaja...

Link to Ebay PAR LED lighting. You need 15watt - 21 watt max very cheap and easy screws into regular socket.
