Hi, I'm trying to figure out why my Blue Tipped table acro Died in my pico. It slowly rotted away. This 'rotting' had been going on for a few weeks now.
My tank Is a fluval 2 gallon with carbon and biomax insert. I have a custom 6 3W cree light dimmed at 50ish% and an ato system setup. The tank has been up for 4-5 months. For lights I'm using 3ups from ledgroupbuy. They have 2 blues and 1 white on each star.

I have not tested the water in the past week but the last tests I did (coral was RTN at this point). I'll try to test in the next day or two again when I can bring my kits into work.

N03 = 0, phos =0, Alk =9, Cal=460, Ammonia = 0, the temp fluctuates a lot it. It can get as high as 82 at night and will drop to 76 during the day (usually 80-76). I have a cheep 10W heater in there that does not have thermostat control (I can't find one that small that does.) I'm considering getting a RKL to manage this well.

I do a water change of about .3 gallons once a week with rodi water.
I'm wondering if it is the low flow of the tank (40GPH) , my light is two bright or not enough, OR the temp fluctuations. . The 6 3w Crees (2 3up stars) are about 5-6in above the base of the coral. No optics. It's really hard to tell what is enough or not enough light. I run a 250w 20k at home.

I have a few other corals around the same height. A yellowish montipora with brown polyps that has almost no color at all (pretty yellow on tips at home).
I do have a birds nest (brown base with green polyps) t the same height that is doing OK. The BN is a much lighter brown here then my tank at home but I am seeing some growth. My tank also has two chalices, one of which ,Hollywood stunner, just started really growing a lot in the past week. I actually have noticeable growth from Friday. A new eye is appearing.

I also have 3 types of zoas with 2 with new growth and one doesn't want to open up, or barly does. It has been like that for months. I have a Maxim clam that is showing growth as well. But it does move around a lot still.

Finally I have 4 sexy shrimp and a mini maxi anemone.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

In this pic you can see the blue tip on the right(all brown stick). This is a month ago
