Help please...ATI Dimmable Sunpower problem

Hi Jeremy...

I purchased an ATI Dimmable Sunpower 6X24 fixture from you last year (Feb 2012) and just now the 1st and 3rd slots stopped working will not fire up.

I have tried installing new lamps, still won't fire up...and the lamps in those slots will fire up when moved to other slots.

What do you think can be the issue and how can it be fixed?

Sounds like a bad ballast

My guess is that the ballast has probably failed. Give us a call at 317-895-9005.
