Help Please......Nano 6025 making noises

I bought a Nanostream 6025 about several months ago and now all of a sudden it is rattling and making noises. It started the other day when I unplugged the one (I have two and the other is fine) to do some maintainance in the tank. I plugged it back in, let it correct its direction and it was fine. The next morning when I woke up I heard a rattling noise coming from one of the pumps. It sounded like the prop wasnt sitting correctly in the pump. I opened the outer shell and took the prop out and looked for any defects. I found nothing. I plugged it back in and started doing the same thing. I know that tunzes make a rattling noise when you first plug it in due to itself trying to correct the flow. However this is something different. The flow of the pump however seems unchanged, yet there is something wrong with the pump. Can anyone tell me what it could be? Is the pump broken? Thanks

Is the shaft in place? There should be a stainless steel shaft firmly imbedded in the bottom of the pump, not removable.

Well the whole prop and magnet with the prop came out of the pump. Look just like a MJ 1200

Yes, the prop assembly should come out, but not the shaft. The shaft should stay in the motor.
