HELP!!! Porky Puffer!!!!

Ok, I've had my Porky Puffer for well over a year in my 125. All water tests fine and I try to do weekly to bi-weekly water changes. My Pinfish just recovered from a bout of pop-eye a few days ago and now my puffer is sick! Symptoms: Hasn't eaten in roughly a week, isn't himself, lethargic, and over the last couple of hours, has developed clouded eyes. I'm going to my LFS tomorrow so what should I get? Also, should I move him to my 30 QT (it's been up for ~3 weeks or so)? All the food he's recently eaten was soaked in Selcon and sometimes Fresh Garlic. Please help! Thanks!

I forgot to mention one possibly crucial thing: He has twitched since he stopped eating and began his decline in health.

The most prominent instance was when he decided to swim to the other end of the tank and on the way he noticably twitched twice and then made one more twitch before reaching the end. He swam fine back to the end again shortly after. Hope this helps! Thanks!
