Help posting Pics

How can I post pics? Everytime I try to post, it says it is not a correct file extension. Please help!

I tried that, but when I try to post a pic in a thread it says wrong extension, so I try saving it as one of the correct extensions, but they are never options.

txt zip pdf htm doc xls

These are the only valid extensions, and I can't seem to save my pics under these extensions.

My only options are jpg, gif, bmp, etc, but not the ones I need

Are you trying to post the picture from your gallery?
